Important Disclaimer

Educational purpose: The consulting services and any information provided are for educational and informational purposes only. All opinions expressed are strictly personal and do not represent any organization or employer I may be affiliated with.

Not professional advice: This engagement does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or any other regulated professional advice. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Scope: These sessions are educational consulting only. They do not include crypto trading signals, buy or sell calls, or portfolio management.

No custody: I never request, hold, access or control the Client’s funds, private keys, seed phrases, passwords or devices. The Client performs every action on their own devices and should never share these details with me or anyone else.

No guarantees: I do not promise or guarantee any result, return, price outcome or security outcome. Bitcoin and other digital assets are volatile, and their value can fall sharply or be lost entirely.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from this engagement is limited to the fees the Client paid for it. I am not liable for any loss of funds or digital assets, or for errors or failures of third-party hardware, wallets, exchanges or software.

Service provider: Sound Money Studio FZE (trading as Sound Money Signals), licence no. 58359.

No government affiliation: The service provider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, government agency or employer.

Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is registered.
